What happens if my order is delayed?

Most orders arrive within the estimated window, but occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, severe weather or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, please get in touch.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions and return address. We don't provide a prepaid return label, so return postage is arranged and paid by you.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of your return being received and inspected. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.

"Maison" is the French word for house, in the sense of a fashion house with its own point of view. We chose it because that's how we treat the brand: a small house of elegant, feminine dresses, chosen with care rather than stocked in bulk.
