The expected delivery time has passed. What is the status of my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, it can happen that the delivery of an order is delayed. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the following link: Track Your Order. If you have not received your order 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
I want to return an item. What should I do?

What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost or undeliverable for any reason, we will send a replacement before issuing a refund. If the order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of dispatch, we will refund the full amount.
