• Change of Mind: If you change your mind, return the item within 14 days of delivery by emailing us your order number and the reason for return.
• Request for Exchange: To request an exchange, provide your order number, details of the item, and your replacement preference via email.
• Receipt of Wrong Product: If incorrect items are received, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and images of the incorrect product.

Cancellations

Something came up, and you need to cancel? We can definitely do that! Just let us know at support@maisonbelfair.com and make sure to do it before we dispatch the order (usually 1-2 days). If you arrive too late, there's no need to panic – you can still return it, but you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
